The rules of the table — what you can expect from FateWeave, and what we expect from you.

1. The agreement
By using FateWeave, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password secret. Notify us at security@playfateweave.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, or doxxing of other users.
- No misrepresenting AI-generated work as wholly original, and no infringing others' intellectual property or licensing.
- No fraudulent paid-game listings or fake refund claims.
- No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass safety features.
4. Paid hosting
Hosts set their own seat prices ($5 minimum). FateWeave takes a 15% platform fee. Payouts via Stripe Connect. Hosts must run sessions in good faith — patterns of cancellation or no-shows may result in tier loss.
5. Marketplace
Creators publish work reflecting meaningful human authorship. AI may assist the creative process, but you remain responsible for the originality, quality, licensing, and legality of everything you list; significant AI involvement may need to be disclosed as our policies evolve. Misrepresenting AI-generated work as wholly original, or infringing others' intellectual property, may result in removal or vendor suspension. FateWeave does not claim copyright over your uploads — you grant a limited license to display & process orders.
6. Memberships & refunds
Memberships auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you haven't hosted a paid session. Paid game seats follow the host's stated refund policy.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
FateWeave is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We are not responsible for content posted by users, games run by hosts, or items sold by creators.
